Customer complaints are handled according to the following timeline:

  • Customer complaint received
  • Report from the department receiving the complaint to the Customer Support Administration Department
  • The department receiving the initial complaint and the Customer Support Administration Department evaluate the details of the complaint and investigates the facts
  • The department receiving the initial complaint and the Customer Support Administration Department work to achieve a rapid and fair resolution for the customer
