Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Real Estate Investment Management Co., Ltd. (“SuMi TREIM”) was established in November 2005 under the name of STB Real Estate Investment Management, and then we made a fresh start as the real estate asset management company of the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group (“SuMi Trust”) with the merger of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited in April 2012.

As the need for alternative investment, especially real estate, grows, we have achieved steady growth in asset management business, by providing domestic and foreign investors with investment opportunities for real estate financial products, with our strengths as a member of SuMi Trust.
